You purchase a licence to occupy as a once-only in-going entry contribution with a guaranteed exit entitlement on vacating; along with a weekly general service fee.
This is a weekly fee that covers water, waste and council rates along with a range of maintenance and administration costs. A detailed list can be provided to you upon enquiry.
When you leave your unit, your exit entitlement amount, as stated in your contract, is returned promptly to you once the unit has been handed back.
If the exit entitlement is going to an estate the government controls any “probate’ that may come into place.
No TLH will take care of this and there are no additional costs for advertising or refurbishment.
